The Process in Brief
A prepared solution is filled, frozen, dried under vacuum through sublimation, then exposed to a secondary drying stage designed to reduce remaining moisture. Closure and packaging protect the resulting dry product.
Why Formulation Still Matters
The peptide may need compatible buffers, bulking agents or stabilizing excipients. Freezing behavior, cake structure and reconstitution are properties of the whole formulation—not the peptide name alone.
Avoid Universal Retention Numbers
Claims such as “100% activity retention” require method-specific evidence for the actual product. A responsible technical discussion asks what was measured, when it was measured and how the packaging and storage conditions were controlled.
